    CBRE Development Management successfully led the delivery of One Crown Place, an award winning 370,500 sq ft mixed-use development in London on behalf of a large Asian multinational client.

    Following the demise of Intu, Sovereign Centros were in 2020 appointed as the Asset & Development Managers for Metrocentre on behalf of The Metrocentre Partnership to implement a new business plan for the shopping centre and retail park.

    The 1.1m sq ft shopping centre had been placed into receivership following an unsuccessful marketing campaign and required an intensive asset management strategy before going to market again.

  • St Martins Courtyard

    CBRE’s asset management team have managed this mixed use estate for the last 10 years. This well located scheme has 150,000 sq ft of quality workspace, 75 residential flats and 100,000 sq ft of ground floor retail and restaurants.

  • MG  National Portfolio

    In December 2022, the team were instructed by an institutional client, on a portfolio of 50 assets, across 2 funds. The portfolio totals 4.2m sq ft, largely comprised of offices and high street retail, as well as a supermarket and hotel portfolio.

    CBRE are acting on behalf of an owner-occupier client on the Asset Management of Central Saint Giles, a central London mixed-use asset with office, retail, and residential occupiers.
