CBRE’s asset management team have managed this mixed-use estate for the last 10 years. This well-located scheme has 150,000 sq ft of quality workspace, 75 residential flats and 100,000 sq ft of ground floor retail and restaurants.
CBRE were instructed to bring clarity to the tenant mix and create a vibrant Courtyard to provide amenity to the residents, office population and tourists.
We have brought in International recognised brands such as Lululemon, Salomon, Abercrombie & Fitch and created a 10,000 sq ft Dishoom to anchor the scheme. A vibrant restaurant scheme including Brother Marcus and Lahpet are supported by Jazz operator Oriole, providing round the clock entertainment. Unique operators such as Arome, Bloom Perfumery and Fair Shot create a lineup that is not easy to replicate.
We have undertaken over £20m in project work to enhance scheme income and drive change to the public realm to support the leasing strategy. Inner Courtyard visits have grown by 30% since these improvements have been made.
The Finance team was brought on board to support the company's transition from a joint venture to a wholly owned subsidiary and to manage financial operations thereafter. In addition to producing comprehensive management accounts to provide insights into performance, we ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, by completing and filing all statutory returns. We oversee the treasury function, including cash flow management and financial planning, and are the primary point of contact with external auditors, tax advisors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth financial operations.
