We will support you in gaining the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Building Surveying pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
You'll work within our wider Building Consultancy department and the programme consists of two, year-long, rotations within our building surveying teams. During your training you will gain experience in all aspects of building surveying, associated with dilapidations, technical due diligence, construction, project monitoring and wider project management. You will deal with the full range of property types and may on occasions be able to work across Europe.
Capital Allowances is a form of tax relief available on virtually all types of commercial property expenditure, including property acquisitions, new build and refurbishment schemes. Our team of Capital Allowances specialists are dual qualified in both property & tax, and they work with a full range of clients across all sectors. You will assist in tax analysis of capital expenditure on a wide range of property acquisitions/developments, delivering claim reports to a high standard to ensure clients’ expectations are met.
The Commercial Real Estate programme offers the breadth of experience needed to work across almost all areas of our business. Throughout the two-years, graduates can expect to work in a minimum of two departments. These may include Agency, Development, Investment, Professional and Valuation.
This structured programme focuses on the completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Non-cognate pathway: Students will still complete their APC within the 2-year timeframe like the other graduates, but in addition they will complete a part-time RICS accredited Masters over the 2 years fully funded by CBRE.

At CBRE we provide our clients with engineering expertise for the lifetime of building façades. We will work with you and support your accreditation with CIBSE and your membership with the Society of Façade Engineering.
Capital Advisors provides the full range of corporate, structured finance and capital raising services, together with non-discretionary investment advice for individual properties, portfolios, indirect ownership services and complex situations. This includes corporate recovery services, specialist wholesale unlisted equity raising and loan servicing across EMEA.
During your time on the programme, you will experience on the job training, exposure to clients, colleagues and senior stakeholders and access to the Global platform of CBRE.
The Finance Graduate Programme offers the opportunity to build the knowledge and skills required to become a Chartered Accountant. During this three-year apprenticeship programme, you will gain skills and experience through three one-year placements which will include central finance teams as well as client facing roles.

Our ESG Consultancy Group works in a holistic and integrated approach across the property cycle to provide clients with strategic solutions to tackle their ESG agenda. The Net Zero Consultancy is part of the ESG Consultancy Group and is focused on assessing the energy and carbon performance of new and existing buildings. We work across property portfolios to identify net zero transition risks and opportunities, to enhance energy efficiency and achieve to net zero status.
You will gain exposure to a variety of technical energy and net zero consultancy skills including portfolio and asset level energy analysis and benchmarking, net zero energy audits, dynamic simulation modelling, Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM) analysis and renewable energy feasibility assessments.
We will help you to gain relevant professional accreditation to reflect your field of career development, such as Low Carbon Consultant status through the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
Combining leading-edge town planners, economists, development surveyors and environmental specialists, we create best value for our clients through the formulation and delivery of commercially focused planning strategies and by unlocking and accelerating schemes through the stages of the development process, across a range of sectors include commercial, residential, retail, leisure, and mixed-use developments.
This 2 year programme is for graduates wanting to specialise as Project Managers. We will support you in gaining the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Project Management pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
You'll work within our Project & Cost Management department and have opportunities to undertake rotate three 8 month rotations across our Occupier, Investor & Developer and Industrial & Logistics project management teams to gain a variety of experience across different projects and varying sectors.

This programme is designed for people looking to gain first-hand experience of working within our Global Workplace Solutions business through working in a key role on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.
As an Intern, you will be an integral and active member of the team, aligned to a business, function or client site. During this 1-year programme you will gain significant experience within a collaborative and fast paced commercial environment, working closely with some of our key business leaders. Throughout your time with us, you will gain a real insight into what we do, how we do it, and get to know our key client teams.
