The Ribbon, a new build 140,000 sq ft office and retail development on Oxford Street, builds on our track record for delivering outstanding office and mixed-use developments within London and the West End. CBRE were appointed by M&G Real Estate in 2019 to deliver this project – our responsibilities cover the full development lifecycle, including securing planning consent, extensive third party negotiations, procurement of Wates as main contractor, and overseeing the marketing and leasing of the office and retail elements of the development. Practical Completion is due in October 2025.

Designed by award-winning architects Orms, The Ribbon will be NetZero Carbon in Operation and will be built to exemplary environment and wellbeing standards, targeting NABERs 5*, WELL Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding, Smart Enabled and EPC Rating A.
