CBRE Development Management are appointed as development manager on the 1.1m sq ft Brookfield Riverside development.

One of the last remaining major out of town opportunities in the UK, plans propose a new, major mixed use town centre with sustainability at its core. The concept envisages a total of 1.1m sq ft with an appropriate mix of retail, leisure, residential, office and hotel uses together with a new road and significant upgrades to the local highways network, adjacent to the proposed Brookfield Garden Village development of 1,250 residential units. Together the two developments form the Brookfield Masterplan.

As Development Manager, CBRE will oversee the full development of Brookfield Riverside from feasibility & design, through to planning & leasing, and ultimately delivery. CBRE secured outline planning approval and S.106 agreement in February 2025. Pre-leasing discussions are now in progress with key target tenants.
