CBRE are acting on behalf of a key client on the Asset Management of a large central London mixed-use estate, comprising approximately 500,000 sq ft of office, retail, and residential accommodation. The asset sits in the heart of the West End, bordering Bloomsbury, Covent Garden, Soho and Fitzrovia. The key focus is to continue to enhance the retail and F&B offering, as well as the delivery of key public realm improvements. A significant project is currently underway to re-design the external communal areas, as well as undertaking the refurbishment of office reception, lobbies, and end of trip facilities.
