One Crown Place

CBRE Development Management successfully led the delivery of One Crown Place, an award winning 370,500 sq ft mixed-use development in London on behalf of a large Asian multinational client. The scheme won Best Tall Building in Europe at the 2022 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Awards and comprises 138,000 sq ft of office space, 7,000 sq ft of retail, a 41-bed boutique hotel, and 246 residential units.

The team led the project through design, planning, procurement of Mace as main contractor, and oversaw all stages of construction. They also oversaw all elements of marketing, sales and leasing across the 4 different use classes on site. They played a central role in securing a £280 million development facility arranged by CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance team, with funding provided by AustralianSuper (£230 million) and TH Real Estate (£50 million).

A multitude of CBRE service lines was involved with the project including Development Management, Leasing, Residential, Planning, Retail, Asset Services, Project Management and Capital Markets.
