Supporting Ukraine

To support our Ukrainian colleagues living in conflict, our Central Eastern Europe team reacted quickly to provide safe places for Ukrainian colleagues and their families to stay.

CBRE provided Talent Support, helping Ukrainian colleagues into new roles in different offices across the continent. To ensure colleagues were placed in jobs that would be of interest to them, they were asked to complete a Talent Support Application form, were given access to a SharePoint site to share career resources and learning opportunities, and were supported with additional resources and training to help find new jobs where internal vacancies weren’t available.
