A year of Henrietta House

Re-opened in November 2021, HH brings CBRE's commitments to environmental and wellbeing excellence alive for its occupiers and visitors. The building is a 144,500 square foot home for 2,100 employees and has achieved WELL Platinum, the second biggest building in the UK to reach this milestone, and BREEAM Excellent, putting HH in the top 10% of buildings in the UK. This is a testament to the vision of CBRE and landlord Lazari, MoreySmith’s design, and the effort of the whole project team. HH provides a diverse, open and engaging work environment in which all employees can thrive.
