2023 Focus

Looking forward to 2023

In 2023 we will focus on reaching our net zero targets, and supporting the wellbeing of our staff and communities we work in.

Like many organisations, we are also ensuring we remain compliant with the rapidly evolving legislation. We're currently preparing a draft of our TCFD disclosure to ensure we are ready for our mandated publication in 2024, and we have developed the capability to assess physical and transition risks for both ourselves and our clients.

We're conducting decarbonisation assessments of the offices we occupy, ensuring we address the current phase of ESOS regulations in this work, as well as reaching minimum energy efficiency standards. These assessments will also contribute to meeting our net zero goals, and we are ensuring our investment plans account for this.

Our people and practices offerings internally will be supported through our ‘Life at CBRE’ campaign, supporting staff with their wellbeing, and benefits. Our social value work will continue to develop, shaping volunteering for us as a business and supporting clients in this area.

Our ESG strategy continues to be a priority for us and we have reviewed our governance to reflect this. We look forward to achieving our results in a way that creates a positive impact.
