Park East, London Borough of Bexley
CBRE secured full planning permission for 320 new homes. Build is due to complete in 2022.

Crewe Station Hub
CBRE are assisting Cheshire East Council in the preparation of the business case and planning strategy for the complete redevelopment of Crewe on the back of upcoming HS2 investment. The emerging masterplan options identify capacity for over 2,000 new homes and 260,000 sqm of commercial space around a new Station Hub.

Edward Street Quarter, Brighton
CBRE secured full planning permission for a mixed use development comprising 168 new homes, 15,000 sqm commercial and 1,000sqm ancillary retail and community space. The scheme is likely to open in 2021.

Hoyle Street, Sheffield
CBRE Planning were instructed by Mace Developments (Hoyle Street) Limited, to advise on the redevelopment of the former HSBC office building, situated on Hoyle Street. The brief was to achieve full planning permission for a mixed use scheme (247 residential units and 658 student bedspaces together with ground floor ancillary retail / commercial space), whilst ensuring flexibility within the permission to allow for a phased delivery of the different elements of the project.

Rugby 265 Artificial Grass Pitches and Floodlighting, Various Locations
CBRE secured full planning permission for twelve Artificial Grass Pitches (AGPs) with floodlighting, at grass roots rugby clubs across England. The programme was a finalist within the Health and Wellbeing category of the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence 2019.

New Mount Street, Manchester
CBRE Planning secured Full Planning and Listed Building Consent for the Change of use from offices together with erection of a new roof extension and glazed atrium to form 66 residential apartments (Use Class C3a) on New Mount Street, Manchester.

Francis Crick Institute, London Borough of Camden
CBRE secured full planning for a 93,000 sqm life sciences and healthcare research facility, rising to 60 metres above ground and 30 metres below, next to a Grade I Listed Building (St Pancras Station) and adjoining a Conservation Area. Practical completion was declared in September 2016. CBRE were awarded the RTPI’s prestigious Silver Jubilee Cup award at the 2017 RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence, with the development considered to be the best overall scheme across the 13 different categories judged.
