Environment commitments
The building will apply to achieve BREEAM Excellent which recognises the building performance as being amongst the top 10% of UK non-domestic buildings.
Operational energy efficiency improvement of at least 35% against the 2019 baseline.
Social inclusion
The building is registered to be certified under WELL Certification. We are targeting WELL Platinum, the highest rating level.
Henrietta House provides a diverse, open and engaging work environment in which an employee can thrive.
The building allows people as individuals to work in the style and manner that best works for them, choosing where to work and who with, to match their tasks and preferences. In this way, many hundreds of different workstyles can be accommodated flexibly in the building.
Henrietta House will provide a work environment that reflects the needs of current office demand and supports hybrid working.
Inclusive spaces
The brand-new commuter facilities and office gym will support an active and low carbon lifestyle for all users of Henrietta House.
Situated on the 5th floor, the Family Room is designed to support new parents in a relaxing environment. The room is equipped to support lactation and also provides baby changing facilities.
On the 6th floor, a Contemplation Space can accommodate reflection, meditation and prayer in a peaceful setting.
On the 7th floor the Library will provide quiet environment for research and concentration.

We developed plans to build over the existing Debenham’s goods yard to the rear to create a major new 40,500 sq ft architectural designed extension.
We seized the opportunity to reimagine the workplace as a catalyst to introduce new ways of agile working, optimise its London footprint and drive efficiencies.
