RCP set us the challenge of creating a sustainable HQ that was fit for the future and looked after its staff. The College has been based in London for 500 years, but with circa 75% of its membership being based outside of London, they wanted to create a second home in the North of the UK and chose the City of Liverpool and a building now officially known as The Spine.
A complete relocation project using the proceeds from the sale of the College’s lease to fund a new purpose built HQ. We supported RCPath throughout, handling everything from the commercial aspects of the project to the practical and purely technical.
