Functional and spatial planning, quality standards and interior design or workplaces, ranging from concept design, test-fits, full-service design to branding and FF&E selection.

Architecture and interior design

Complete planning and design services of new construction and fit-out projects. Our services include master planning, feasibility studies, planning and programming, and a comprehensive architecture service running from concept to project completion.

Engineering Design

Our services range from full MEP engineering design, energy analysis, digital modelling and design reviews to condition assessments.   We also handle the structural engineering aspects of new buildings, alterations for fit-out and renovations. 

Commissioning

Our commissioning professionals test and certify mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to verify they have been installed properly and meet design, construction and system hand-over standards.  We also handle energy analysis to satisfy the requirements of sustainability certification schemes.

East London Coworking and Office Space

$nameCBRE Design Collective and Streetsense collaborated with Hana from initial concept through completion to bring their London flexible workspace vision to life. Hana’s first location in London, consists of 3,000 sqm across three floors comprised of private team suites, meeting rooms and shared workspaces and lounges, all designed to give maximum flexibility and customisation to its members. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted to meet Hana’s brand and hospitality approach. The end result is an inspiring and comfortable environment for members to work.

NTT, London

A high spec, 15-week extension to NTT headquarters

$nameTackling this fit-out as principal contractor meant an effective use of resources both on the contractor and client side where the project and contractor was managed simultaneously. This allowed us to quickly get into the value engineering phase and completion of technical design, which accelerated the fit-out construction. We completed this 1,000 sqm re-design and fit-out in 15 weeks

We developed a competitive RFP package comprising of dealers, workstation and height adjustable table manufacturers located throughout the country, resulting in more than $4.1 million savings for the client. By bundling annual healthcare and office furniture needs, we identified furniture volume discounts resulting in an additional $900,000 savings.
