Robert C. Schwartz is Senior Vice President of retail services at CBRE, where he leads the largest retail practice in Louisville, Kentucky. Under his management, CBRE retail services has regularly outperformed the competition in the Louisville Metro market in terms of the value of all leasing and sales transactions.

Robert, with his market knowledge and over 36 years of real estate experience, provides corporate real estate services to major retailers and developers throughout Kentucky. Robert’s expertise includes strategic planning, site selection, development consulting, lease negotiation and financial analysis.

As a leader of the retail services group in Louisville, Robert is responsible for coordinating seamless, best of class practices with all team members.
