Bryan joined CBRE in 2021 as an associate real estate advisor and assists with both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation in retail services. Bryan transitioned to commercial real estate from the military intelligence community. Bryan spent six years working as an administrative operator in Washington, D.C. working for the Defense Intelligence Agency in the Navy element for three years. He then went on to work for the Office of Naval Intelligence (Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center) for his remaining tenure in the Navy.

Bryan specializes in both tenant and landlord representation with clients throughout the Kentucky and Southern Indiana market. The Louisville retail services group has regularly outperformed the competition in the Louisville Metro market in terms of the value of all leasing and sales transactions and is continually ranked among the top real estate firms in the market by Business First based on the dollar volume in retail space leased or sold.
