Leading with integrity to build trust
Robust governance structures and contributing to thought leadership in the industry allow us to lead with integrity.
- To ensure progress on our ESG strategy and support our journey to net zero, we have established robust governance structures. This includes working closely with our colleagues at our global headquarters in the US to ensure our targets and approach are aligned.
- We engage in strategic partnerships to allow us to learn, network, and contribute to shaping the industry by applying our knowledge and experience to policies and workstreams.
Our governance includes:
- The Environment Steering Committee has responsibility for achieving our net zero targets and compliance.
- The Social Value Committee ensures that our actions align with its values and contribute positively to society.
- The Risk Committee includes a focus on addressing climate change risk.
