We have heavily invested in our sustainability offering – it is no longer a ‘bolt on’ approach but is integral to our DNA. We have:

  • Aligned our sustainability objectives with the UN Development Goals
  • Rolled out extensive training across all of our disciplines, recruited an experienced team
  • Invested in a sustainability-specific dashboard as well as contributing to current thought leadership through chairing the Managing Agents Partnership of the Better Buildings Partnership Board.

Customer experience and community engagement

In the competitive world of real estate, we understand assets need to stand out. That means driving value for our clients and their investors. We provide a strategic approach to customer experience, community management and placemaking, increasing the desirability of assets to attract premium tenants in the market. We place a premium on exceptional customer experience by bringing together training, occupier surveys and interviews, customer journey mapping and engagement to best understand the right solutions to meet the needs of our client’s occupiers. To help achieve this, we have commercially developed the following services;

  • Community management creates a clear focus on the customer – working across our business, our community managers develop a sense of community and engagement through products and services, tailored online content and a wide programme of events.
  • Effective placemaking happens when buildings are transformed into vibrant, urban space that offer wellbeing, pleasure and inspiration. We look at the essentials such as cleaning, waste management and service charge, as well as wider strategies including social inclusion, retail diversity and brand experience.

Innovation and technology

Our culture is centred around innovation and continuous improvement. Technology, automation, improved data management and visualisation are already driving increased efficiencies and a higher quality of delivery across our core activity. Some of the ways we have done this include;

  • We have rolled out digital dashboards across our business, allowing clients and our teams to see complex data, in real time – allowing for data-based decision making anywhere that has access to the internet.
  • Our use of robotic process automation has streamlined the work our accounting teams does - allowing them to do fewer repetitive manual tasks, and instead focus their time where they can truly add value.
  • Host Connect our integrated communications platform, supports tenants and occupiers with a single source for building updates and information, touchless/mobile entry, feedback to property managers, events and surveys and polls.
