Rishi Bhuchar to Join CBRE as UK & Ireland Advisory Leader

CBRE today announced that Rishi Bhuchar will join the company as CEO of its UK & Ireland Advisory business.
Bhuchar is a highly accomplished investment banker who has served as co-head of the global real estate group at Jefferies since 2019. He will join CBRE at year-end, succeeding Ciaran Bird, who CBRE previously announced will be stepping down as its UK & Ireland Advisory leader.
In addition to co-heading Jefferies’ global real estate group, Bhuchar leads the firm’s EMEA real estate, gaming and lodging practice.

He is the perfect person to head our market-leading team in the UK and Ireland, sustaining our momentum and building on our strengths across the market.
Prior to Jefferies, Bhuchar held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and MGPA Limited. He is a graduate of the University of Nottingham.
