CBRE today announced that it has advised CLI Dartriver, which represents a private family office, on the purchase of Radisson Blu, Leicester Square for an undisclosed sum from controlled affiliates of Starwood Capital Group. CMS acted as lead legal counsel to the buyer, providing comprehensive legal advice throughout all stages of the acquisition.
The hotel is offered freehold and enjoys direct frontage onto Leicester Square. Leicester Square and its immediate surroundings welcome over 2.5 million visitors each week, making it one of the busiest pedestrian areas in the UK.
