Advised by CBRE and Newmark, the J. Safra Group has agreed a significant pre-let at 30 St Mary Axe, one of London’s most iconic and architecturally significant landmarks, to BMS Group (BMS), a global insurance and reinsurance broker, for 64,204 sq ft across levels 22-25.
BMS has committed to a 15-year lease and is expected to take occupancy next summer. In addition to the BMS agreement, a further two and a half floors are currently under offer within the building, demonstrating strong and sustained demand.
