Salesforce has renewed its current lease at the city’s landmark Salesforce Tower, 110 Bishopsgate, through 2036. The tech giant will continue to occupy 124,910 sq ft of premium space across levels 26–33 and 36–37, cementing its presence in one of Europe’s most prestigious office towers.
This announcement caps a record-breaking year for the 440,000 sq ft skyscraper, which welcomed major new tenants including Qmetric, MNK, Danske Bank, Cantors Europe, and Genpact, leasing 80,000 sq ft of space. With only 40,000 sq ft remaining, available in flexible units from 5,500 sq ft, the building is fast approaching full occupancy.
Soaring 230m above the City, Salesforce Tower offers world-class office space, panoramic views, and unbeatable connectivity—Liverpool Street station and the Elizabeth Line put Heathrow just 40 minutes away. Tenants enjoy standout amenities: three vibrant bars and restaurants including the iconic Sushi Samba, and Europe’s largest privately owned aquarium. Recent upgrades have transformed the building’s infrastructure, from an award-winning entrance hall by PLD to cutting-edge end-of-trip facilities for 375 bikes. Sustainability is front and centre, with advanced energy systems and a new building management system (BMS) ensuring top-tier environmental performance.
Relina Bulchandani EVP, Real Estate and Workplace Services at Salesforce said: “Salesforce Tower London is a dynamic hub for accelerating the transformation of our customers through Agentforce and we’re thrilled to be continuing our presence at 110 Bishopsgate and partnership with Heron. This investment reinforces our deep commitment to the UK and reflects our vision for real estate in the Agentic Enterprise era—ensuring we have the right places that bring together our employees, customers, partners, and community to drive innovation and growth.”
Sir Gerald Ronson, Chief Executive of Heron, added: “We are proud to extend our relationship with Salesforce, which began in 2014. Their renewed commitment underscores the building’s reputation for delivering the highest quality office space and our collaborative approach to meeting occupiers’ needs.”
Heron is represented by CBRE and Savills, while CBRE advised Salesforce on the transaction.
