The Great Property Bike Ride, hosted by CBRE, is back for the third year running, on 24 June at Sandown Park Racecourse, Surrey, to raise vital funds for CBRE’s UK charity partner, Alzheimer’s Society. With three distances to choose from, 44km, 71km, or 123km, everyone is welcome to take part. The day promises stunning views, camaraderie amongst riders and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
All riders are asked to raise a minimum of £150 for Alzheimer's Society. The fundraising will help support essential services for those impacted by dementia, helping to provide help and hope for those affected.

The Great Property Bike Ride is our flagship UK charity event and for me personally, marks one of my favourite industry-wide events. Last year we welcomed over 650 riders from over 250 businesses across the property industry to take part. We hope that this year we keep up the fantastic momentum, and continue to raise money for our very worthy charity partner, Alzheimer’s Society.
