CBRE Unveils New Offering with Senior Valuation Appointment

CBRE has appointed Michelle Campbell as Head of Metropolitan Valuation, to spearhead a new service in the smaller lot size market.
The newly formed Metropolitan Valuation team will target both new and existing lenders, panel management and broker clients, providing a sector agnostic service across the UK.
Campbell joins from Aitchison Raffety, a specialist in the sector, where she served as Head of Valuation for the past year. Prior to this, she was Head of Valuation at Copping Joyce Surveyors and spent more than eight years at JLL in the firm’s Valuation team.
Campbell brings more than 16 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. She has a proven track record valuing both commercial and residential assets for loan security and regulated purpose instructions, across the UK and Europe more widely.
We have been developing a strategy that addresses the smaller, SME lending market for some time and now that Michelle is in position, we can take our new capability to market. Michelle’s specialist expertise makes it even more compelling, and we’re delighted to have her on board.
