CBRE Hires Trio for UK Industrial & Logistics Team

CBRE has made three new appointments to its UK Industrial & Logistics Leasing and Development Advisory team.

Chris Knight joins as Senior Director and Tom Erxleben as Associate Director, both from Cushman & Wakefield, while Chris Proctor joins as Director from Avison Young. Proctor and Erxleben have joined the firm, with Knight set to join the team on 1st April. The trio will be based in London.

Knight brings over thirty years of experience, most recently spending six years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Partner working across the London and South East markets.

Erxleben also joins from Cushman & Wakefield, having spent more than eight years at the firm and progressing from Graduate Surveyor to Associate Director. He has worked across the regions, most recently focusing on the London and South East markets.

Proctor arrives from Avison Young, where he spent the last three years as Associate Director. Prior to this, he spent more than six years at FHP Property Consultants.
