CBRE Hires Paul Bassi to its London City Capital Markets Team

CBRE has appointed Paul Bassi to its London City Capital Markets team. Paul joins the firm from Savills, where he was a Director and spent a decade in the central London investment team focusing on the City.
In 2024, Paul successfully completed transactions exceeding £200 million, including notable deals such as the acquisition of The Ivy on West Street, on behalf of Habro, 15-23 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, for Dorrington, and the sale of 1 Bow Churchyard, where he represented Aviva.
The Central London office market demonstrated its resilience in 2024, with a notable increase in activity during the final quarter and a number of larger transactions completing in Q1 2025 such as 2 Finsbury Avenue, as investor confidence improves.
