Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has appointed Kimberley Cordery as Head of Supply Chain for Europe within its Industrial & Logistics Occupier business.

In her new role, Kimberley will work with clients to develop and implement real estate solutions in line with their business and supply chain strategies, driving value across transactions. She will also coordinate supply chain capabilities across Europe and partner with CBRE’s Consulting team to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Kimberley joins from Philips, where she was Global Head of Strategy & Transformation, leading strategic initiatives across integrated warehousing and distribution, following senior roles in global logistics strategy and earlier experience in supply chain consulting at Deloitte.

Kimberley is based in Amsterdam.

Kimberley’s appointment strengthens our ability to support occupiers with increasingly complex supply chain challenges. Her experience will be key in helping clients align their real estate portfolios with their business needs and supply chain strategies to unlock greater efficiency and value.
