CBRE has further strengthened its Debt & Structured Finance team with the appointments of Andrew McClements and Duncan Parvin as Executive Directors.
McClements will join CBRE’s European Debt & Structured Finance team from Eastdil Secured, where he spent over four years as Senior Vice President. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Deutsche Bank. Parvin will join the UK Debt & Structured Finance team from Wells Fargo, where he spent more than 20 years, most recently as Managing Director within the bank’s commercial real estate business.
These hires reflect CBRE's continued investment in its Debt & Structured Finance platform and follow the recent appointments of George Peake and Joshua Mailling as Directors, and the promotion of Stephen Barr to Head of UK Debt & Structured Finance.
We have continued to build our Debt & Structured Finance team across Europe, and these appointments mark another important milestone. Andrew and Duncan’s experience and market knowledge will further enhance the expertise we are able to offer our clients.
