CBRE Expands London Occupier Expertise with Strategic Hire

In her new role, Higgins will provide strategic advice to occupiers, drawing on her experience across both the traditional office and flexible workspace sectors. She will be based in the City and will advise clients across all London sub-markets.

Higgins brings a strong understanding of evolving workplace strategies, having advised clients on leasing, portfolio optimisation and relocation decisions across UK and wider European markets. Before joining CBRE, she held senior leadership roles at Fora (The Office Group) and Knotel, where she drove strategic growth and asset management. Her career also includes positions at Colliers and Hatton Real Estate.

This appointment bolsters CBRE’s London Occupier team comprising experts across brokerage (including flexible offices), workplace strategy and lease consultancy.
