CBRE Creates New Occupier Leadership Role for Europe

CBRE has appointed Paul Hubbard-Brown as Head of Occupier Accounts for Europe, effectively immediately.
In this newly created role, Hubbard-Brown will be responsible for building and leading the corporate outsourcing business, Occupier Accounts, working closely with stakeholders across CBRE’s full spectrum of services.
Hubbard-Brown has over 27 years of real estate experience, working with occupiers across Europe and APAC regions. He led CBRE’s Occupier Accounts business in APAC until 2023 and has held a series of key, senior roles in its UK occupier business since then.
Having grown the occupier accounts function in our APAC business, I’m honoured to have the opportunity to replicate the offering across Europe. This is a role that will further enhance our occupier products across the region, covering all sectors and asset classes to service the needs of our clients.
