CBRE Bolsters Occupier Capabilities with Three Strategic Appointments

Peter Dinnick has joined as a Senior Director, specialising in West End office rent reviews, lease renewals and re-structures. Dinnick is an experienced lease consultant, having spent the last eight years at Gerald Eve and subsequently as a Partner at Newmark, following its acquisition of Gerald Eve.

Ben Harris and Mel Bevan both join as Associate Directors. Prior to joining CBRE last month, Harris spent almost six years with Savills. Bevan’s appointment marks an internal move from CBRE’s Dublin office, where she has been working in the Strategy and Change team since 2023. Prior to this, she spent almost two years with Accenture, and four years at London Business School in people-focused roles.

Following these hires, the team now comprises 37 experts across brokerage (including flexible offices), workplace strategy and lease consultancy.
