CBRE has promoted James Bearryman to Head of New Homes, effective immediately. James brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having been an integral part of the firms’ residential business for 11 years.
Throughout his tenure, James has been instrumental in shaping project strategies, building client relationships and driving our residential business growth. James has many years of experience in both development consultancy and private new homes sales on medium to large scale regeneration projects for domestic and international markets.
In his new role, James will lead a team of over 100 professionals, focusing on delivering exceptional residential property services to CBRE’s esteemed book of clients in this space. His appointment comes at a time of renewed confidence in the market, and the team is further bolstered by the permanent appointment of Rian Strauss as Director who brings valuable expertise to the department.
We have seen a significant 50% increase in sales in January when compared to the previous year, reflecting on some highly desirable projects and renewed buyer confidence as we head into 2025. I look forward to heading up a strong performing team as we continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
