CBRE Appoints Clare Sheils as Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for Continental Europe

Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has today announced the appointment of Clare Sheils as Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for Continental Europe, effective 1 September, 2025.
Sheils, who is based in Prague, joined CBRE in 2013, and has held several key leadership positions with the firm, including Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for Central & Eastern Europe. She has most recently served as Managing Director in the Czech Republic, where she spearheaded significant growth initiatives. She will continue to hold this position in addition to her new responsibilities as Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for Continental Europe.
Mark Fidler, who has successfully led CBRE’s Continental Europe Valuation & Advisory Services business since 2022, will move to a new role within CBRE.
