Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has been appointed by the administrators of Fletton Quays Hotel Limited to sell the partially completed Hilton Garden Inn, Peterborough. The property is marketed on an offers invited basis for the freehold interest.

Upon completion, the proposed full-service hotel will feature extensive facilities including 160 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, a gym, and a rooftop bar.

Occupying a prime riverside location, the completed hotel will form part of the prestigious Fletton Quays development scheme, a £120 million mixed-use regeneration project which already incorporates residential, retail, and leisure facilities, as well as a government hub housing over 1,000 staff from various departments and agencies.
