Global real estate advisor CBRE has been awarded a place on the ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) Consultancy Services Framework 664_25. Selection for the framework will enable CBRE to extend the reach of its public sector expert advice.
The appointment follows a competitive tender process and covers the period 01 September 2025 - 31 August 2027. CBRE’s addition to the framework enables public-sector bodies to procure CBRE’s strategic property, asset management, regeneration, FM and sustainability consultancy services quickly and compliantly.
