Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has named Jason Hardman as Head of its UK Living Sector, effective 1 June 2025, and Paul Hubbard-Brown as Head of its Financial & Professional Services Sector, effective immediately. They will report to Irvinder Goodhew, who has recently joined CBRE as Managing Director of UK Sectors.
Hardman has worked for CBRE for almost twenty years, holding various positions in its valuation business, most notably leading the living valuation team. In his new role, Hardman will be responsible for driving growth for CBRE’s living sector by connecting all areas of its residential business. Hardman is a member of the British Property Federation Living Sectors Council.
Hubbard-Brown will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of CBRE’s growth strategy within the financial and professional services sector. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate and has been with CBRE for 15 years, working in various leadership roles across both the UK and Asia Pacific businesses.
