Anna Esteban to Spearhead CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Across Europe

Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has appointed Anna Esteban as Managing Director of Advisory and Transaction Services (A&T) for Europe.

She replaces Guy Holden in the role, who will become Chair of the A&T business across Europe until the end of the year and will maintain his responsibilities for the UK business into early 2025.

In her new role, Anna will be responsible for growing CBRE’s A&T Services business across Europe. She will focus on enhancing the use of data and technology, driving profitability, providing embedded sector expertise and driving synergies between the firms’ occupier and brokerage businesses, to ensure clients consistently have access to a holistic, end-to-end service.

Anna is well positioned to lead CBRE’s A&T team, having held several senior leadership roles with the business across Europe. She is based in Amsterdam but has worked in Germany, Spain and the UK during a career at CBRE spanning over 20 years. Most recently, Anna served as Head of Business Development for Continental Europe, supporting key growth initiatives across many geographies and business lines.
