Udit is the lead for Location and Labor Analytics in the APAC and the global head of Labor and Location Innovation. Udit is a key team member of CBRE's Global Location Advisory practice and oversees client engagements across the APAC region focusing on six core areas: Global locations strategies, Country and city selection/expansion strategies, Near-shoring/offshoring decisions, Headquarter/Regional portfolio selection and optimization, Talent Benchmarking & Assessments, and Economic Incentives.
Overseeing a team of regional labor experts, GIS Specialists, Data Scientists and consultants, Udit has been an advisor on hundreds of projects for a wide variety of clients ranging from start-ups to global investment funds and Fortune 500 companies. Udit embraces an analytically rigorous and tech-driven approach to location strategy that enables companies to approach their decision-making in a way that effectively reduces risk and ensures long-term sustainability.
Over the years, Udit has helped build the proprietary technology and data stack for the labor analytics practice in the region which has helped clients make more informed, data-backed location selection decisions through tools such as the Location Intelligence Dashboard (LID).
