Rob Stanley

Robert Stanley is Group COO, Industrial & Logistics and Life Sciences Sectors for CBRE’s Enterprise business.

In this role, Rob is responsible for the delivery of resilient real estate and facilities management solutions across client portfolios. He oversees a global team that supports integrated service delivery and drives consistent, reliable performance across a variety of asset types and environments.

With more than 20 years of experience across a multitude of disciplines, Rob has a deep understanding of client needs. For I&L clients, that means integrated supply chains, interconnected site portfolios, and operations where efficiency directly affects the bottom line. For Life Sciences clients, it means navigating diverse property types and highly-regulated space requirements. In both cases, his teams deliver full facilities management services, capital projects, and real estate services across hundreds of countries in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Rob has been with CBRE since July 2020, and his extended background includes Sector President, Industrial & Logistics; Commercial Director; and Managing Director. Prior to CBRE, Rob served as Chief Operating Officer at ISS from 2008 to 2020.
