Rishi Bhuchar leads CBRE’s UK & Ireland Advisory Services business, with responsibility for teams operating across 15 offices in the region.
CBRE’s UK Advisory Services platform delivers a comprehensive range of real estate solutions, including property leasing and sales, mortgage services, property and project management, transaction management, strategic consulting, and valuation and appraisal. CBRE supports clients across the full real estate lifecycle, helping them to navigate complexity and unlock value.
Before joining CBRE, Bhuchar served as Global Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at Jefferies, where he also led the firm’s EMEA Real Estate Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking business. Bhuchar also held senior Investment Banking and Private Equity positions at Deutsche Bank, MGPA Limited and Citigroup.
