• Led the Global Workplace, Occupancy, Moves Adds and Changes and Space Data Management team of approx. 35 employees on the Glaxo Smith Kline account.

• Delivered numerous global account transformation including offshoring of tactical services and right sizing accounts.
• Developing and transforming the first truly integrated Novartis account with a combined fixed and variable delivery resource model which has been recognised as best in class. Responsible for 60 employees.
• Leading of the global occupancy sensor solution which will result in unquestionable real-time occupancy data across 75 buildings.
• Recognised as an embedded account transformation specialist.
• Board member of the Family Network and heads up Carer’s Network for CBRE UK.
