As Group Accounts Lead, Paul Timmins leads the successful delivery of embedded consulting engagements, including Workplace, Occupancy Management and Portfolio Strategy services. Paul is also a Europe Lead for Occupancy Management, leveraging his subject matter expertise to ensure clients benefit from CBRE’s industry-leading global platform.
Outside of the Corporate world, Paul is kept busy by three teenagers, and on Saturdays you can find him on the football pitch in all weathers - He is a Secretary of Raynes Park Little League for over 300+ children.
Paul has a background in project management/client representation and has been involved in corporate real estate since 2003 and joined CBRE in 2006.
He uses his ‘trusted advisor’ and ‘one CBRE’ mindset to help solve increasingly complex business problems, demonstrated by a track record of delivering great outcomes for global clients.
Paul is passionate about people - building, motivating and developing happy healthy and inclusive teams is front of centre of everything he does.
