Owen is Head Operations, Europe Hotels, co-ordinating for the benefit of clients the strength of deep, international, and local market expertise within CBRE’s Hotels team. Owen has been responsible for the international expansion of the Hotels team, helping establish teams in Portugal, Central Europe, and the Nordics.
Owen also has oversight of Operator Selection. He has experience running operator selection processes in prominent mixed-use schemes and for single assets throughout the UK and Continental Europe.
