For nearly a decade, Haakon Weinstein has provided strategic guidance and representation on corporate real estate needs for tenants, landlords and investors throughout the Portland Metro area. He places special emphasis on completely understanding client needs and forges strong relationships that go beyond a single transaction, using a comprehensive approach that focuses on workplace strategy, labor and analytics to help his clients recruit and retain talent. Additionally, as part of the Data Center Solutions team in Oregon, Haakon assists owners and developers in leasing and obtaining Class A+ industrial properties throughout the state that meet those unique requirements.
Prior to joining CBRE, Haakon worked as a broker and Strategic Marketing Director for Niehaus Properties.

His strong connection with his clients, driven by an ability to simplify complex real estate needs to align with their strategic requirements, earned him the 2021 Rookie of the Year from the Oregon Commercial Association of Brokers.
