Graham Smith

Based in London, Graham has worked within a variety of sectors; life sciences, financial services, technology. More recently, Graham has worked with GSK, Novartis, ING, Credit Suisse and Airbus in delivering a comprehensive reviews and restructures of integrated Real Estate and FM functions across EMEA, US and Asia. Following a reviews of existing Workplace and Occupancy operations, new operating models were proposed and implemented with streamlined processes delivering consistent services across a diverse portfolio. Comprehensive specifications were developed detailing how work will be undertaken. Graham has worked with Google reviewing Workplace and Occupancy operations in Europe and US. The project identified gaps and inconsistencies in existing systems and proposed new solutions and technology to enable the client to understand how their buildings are being used to set strategic real estate plans. Graham was also the program manager for the CBRE Spacesizing program developing and delivering an integrated FM, portfolio strategy, workplace and technology solutions.

From an FM operations background, he understands the challenges of service delivery and has specialized in continuous improvement methodology and the application of new ways of working. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Graham is equipped to solve complex problems and utilise statistical analysis to control and embed changes for long term success.

He has experience in change management and the application of agile working in a range of organisations. He is skilled in specifying and integrating technology solutions for efficient work practices. He has a thorough knowledge of HR, compliance and health and safety requirements in the workplace.
