Gareth leads the Digital Portfolio & Transformation domain for Building Operations & Experience (BOE) within CBRE Digital & Technology (D&T). He and his team translate complex business strategy into a prioritized portfolio of digital, data and AI investments. Gareth owns portfolio governance, digital investment strategy and value assurance across BOE D&T.
Gareth joined CBRE in 2015 and has since held leadership roles across CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and BOE covering product management, software engineering, digital innovation and strategy. Before CBRE, he spent more than 10 years in technology leadership roles at commercial and residential real estate firms in the UK.
With more than 23 years designing, building and scaling digital products, Gareth is a trusted adviser to the C-suite and executive stakeholders. He builds new digital functions, leads global teams and partners on large-scale technology programmes, and connects business ambition to technology that delivers impact.
