Derek Gammage is the founder of CBRE Hotels Europe, Africa and the Middle East and now takes a senior consultant role within the business. The CBRE Hotels EMEA team is the largest pan-European hotel real estate specialist, with an enviable client base and track record.

In addition to initiating the growth of CBRE Hotels, Derek’s specific focus has been on high-value advisory and transactions and in particular those in key gateway cities or markets.

Derek trained as a Surveyor and has over 30 years of experience in the hotel real estate market.
