Professional Experience
Andrew established and leads the CBRE Lending platform in Capital Advisors. He manages a portfolio of private and public institutional debt mandates, totalling £1 billion across various strategies, including development and investment lending. He has overseen lending of >£2.5 billion and the platform deploys c. £500 million per year across segregated lending programmes each with £100 to £300 million of debt to deploy. This includes managing several market leading real estate impact debt funds. The Lending platform offers a full lending service: formulating specific lending investment strategies, then making loans according to strategy and managing those loan portfolios until repayment. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant who has previously worked at Deloitte, PwC and Savills where he helped established their real estate finance business before joining CBRE in 2013.
