Train: Northern Rail train from Manchester Airport to Liverpool Lime Street, direct journey takes 1 hour 10 mins approx.
Bus / Coach service: National Express from Manchester Airport to Liverpool Coach Station, journey times vary from approx 1 hour to up to 2 hours 20 minutes depending on route taken.
Getting to the CBRE Liverpool office from Liverpool John Lennon airport:
Train: Liverpool South Parkway is the main train station serving Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LJLA), and is located approximately 2 miles from the airport. Travel between Liverpool South Parkway and LJLA (bus link). Regular buses operate between Liverpool South Parkway and LJLA, including the Airlink 501, the 80A and the 86A. There are 5 trains per hour from Liverpool South Parkway into Liverpool Lime Street.
Bus / Coach service: Arriva Airline 500 from Liverpool John Lennon Airport into Liverpool City Centre, stops include London Road (closest stop for National Express connections) and Lime Street Station (for local, regional and mainline rail connections). Operates every 30 minutes, Monday to Sunday at 15 and 45 minutes past each hour between 06:45-23:45.
Getting to the CBRE Liverpool office from Lime Street railway station:
Walking: Leave the station through the main entrance, cross at the crossing onto St John’s Lane (St George’s Hall to the right of you). Walk down the road and cross onto Victoria Street. Walk past Millennium House to your left and continue along Victoria Street. Cross at the lights at the junction with Crossall Street and walk up Crossall Street onto Dale Street. Walk left along Dale Street until you come to Vernon Street. Walk up Vernon Street, past the Premier Lodge Hotel at the top turn left onto Tithebarn Street. On the right hand side is the old Exchange Station, continue until you come to Bixteth Street on the right hand side. Walk up Bixteth Street and No 4 St Paul’s is the glass building at the very top of the road. The entrance to the building is actually on St Paul’s Square.
Cycling: Leave the station through the main entrance, cross at the crossing onto St John’s Lane (St George’s Hall to the right of you). Cycle down the road and cross onto Victoria Street and then cycle up Crosshall Street onto Dale Street. Continue down Dale Street and turn right onto Exchange Street East. At the top of the road turn right onto Tithebarn Street and then take a first left onto Bixteth Street. No. 4 St Paul’s Square is at the very top of Bixteth Street. Cycle racks are available in the St Paul’s Car Park by arrangement with the Building Manager.
