Office agency - Completed the two largest pre-lets in central Edinburgh in 2018 at Capital Square.
Industrial & Logistics agency - We advise large scale occupier clients on their property requirements and we assist developer and investor clients on development and disposal of prime industrial and logistics properties.
BCD - The Scottish Building consultancy team advise on over 5,000,000 sq ft of property per year.
Valuation - Within Scotland, we undertake regular valuations for institutional funds with a value of approximately £2.5bn.
Capital Markets - our Capital Markets team have been involved in over £360m of transactions in Scotland in 2018.
Planning - In 2018, we delivered planning consent for 456 hotel / apart-hotel beds, c. 12,000sqm of industrial/business floorspace, and c.700sqm of retail/leisure space across a range of projects, clients, and locations.
Rating - We have over 200 clients in Scotland and provide rates advisory services in respect of more than 3,000 Scottish Non-domestic properties. In 2018 we saved our clients in excess of £7 million in rates and water rates liabilities.
